Looking for something new to read?
Feeling disconnected?
Take a virtual visit to the
Charlotte Pitts Dean Memorial Library
(YOUR Parish Library)!
Although the library room itself may be closed during the pandemic, it has given us the opportunity to:
- Digitize our collection online (olf.librarika.com/) for easy searching at home!
- Add new titles to the collection.
- Plan for the future!
In the coming months, we hope to offer:
- Craft activity/book kits (changing with the liturgical season) to check-out for kids
- ·Newsletters with book highlights for existing and new books!
- ·Digital recommendations for families of all age/sizes to grow in faith and feel connected.
- ·Easy access to books for parishioners
- An expanded and modernized collection including some newer Catholic titles (stay tuned for how you can help your Parish with this one!)
We’re also looking for YOUR input for YOUR parish library! As we move forward towards “normalcy,” please watch your inbox and the church bulletin for a quick survey. We’re interested to know what resources you and your family could use, how we can best share the collection and, as always, book recommendations (or donations!) to add to our collection wishlist!
Now for the details…
Please see the below attachment with
instructions for searching online. If you see a book (or many!) you’d like to borrow, please contact
Brianna Marino (603.969.6831 or Brianna.marino16@gmail.com) to arrange touch-free pick-up/delivery. When books are returned, they will have the covers wiped down be quarantined for 2 days in accordance with procedures in place at other local libraries.
