In this weekend's gospel, because they do not recognize that Jesus is the Son of God, the people of Nazareth are surprised by Jesus’ teaching, and his actions among them are limited. Jesus is amazed at their lack of faith. As Christians, we acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God, and this faith has the power to change all our relationships.

We are pleased to announce that Father Michael Santori, pastor of St. Patrick's parish in Newport and St. Joachim in Sunapee has been named temporary Administrator of our parish during this transitional time. Father John Nwagbaraocha will be our weekend presider through July. Weekend mass schedules and confessions will remain as before, but there will be no weekday masses. Please know, however, that the church is open daily from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for private prayer. Recitation of the rosary will continue to take place at Our Lady of Fatima church on Thursday mornings at 8:30 am.
