As announced last week, most Covid restrictions have been lifted by the Diocese! Beginning this weekend we will make the following changes:
- PLEASE NOTE: Mass will no longer be recorded and there will be no distribution of
Communion outside of Mass. This weekend, Father’s homily will be recorded, but not the whole mass. His homily will be available on our
YouTube channel.
- we will no longer require social distancing in the pews. All pews will be available. Please though respect the personal space of others around you.
- The wearing or not wearing of a mask at Mass will now be at the option of the individual. We still encourage you to wear a mask if appropriate - if you have any health concerns for you or your family, if you are unvaccinated or just want to take continuing caution.
- Except for the bringing up of the Gifts, the exchange of the Sign of Peace, and the Distribution of the Precious Blood (all of which shall remain suspended for the time being), the Liturgy will be celebrated as before the pandemic.
- The dispensations from the requirement to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days is rescinded.
Most importantly, we welcome you, our entire faith community, back to
in-person Mass each week!! It will be so good to be with you!
