This Week's Bulletin
The readings for this the 5th Sunday in Easter remind us of our dependence on God and each other. In the gospel Jesus explains that he is the vine and we must depend on him. What a great little reminder…“Without me you can do nothing.”
for reflections and activities for the entire family.
As a faith community, we pray for our young people who will be Confirmed and receive First Communion on May 19. Through these sacraments, we pray that our children will come to a deeper knowledge of the love of God and that the gift of faith will grow. May God bless them, their families and our religious education team.
The Men of St. Joseph is spirituality for men in their roles as husbands, fathers, sons, and brothers. A simple commitment enables you to meet with other men once a month to pray, have breakfast together and discuss a topic of the day. The Men of St. Joseph meet the second Saturday of the month at OLF from
8:00 am to 9:30 am
. Come and check it out
Saturday, May 8.
.. and make that simple commitment.
As we look forward to the full reopening of our Churches, there is a pressing need for additional hospitality ministers to greet folks as they enter our church. Please consider becoming part of a welcoming parish, where the only prerequisite is a smile and a warm "Hello" - perhaps as a couple or as a family? Serve about once a month. What a great chance to meet others in our faith community! Contact Deacon Greg at firstname.lastname@example.org

Lord, I do believe that I can do nothing without You. Help me to believe this with an even greater conviction and, as I do, help me to grow in humility and gratitude. Jesus, I trust in You.
